Here in NYC, you can get a ticket for NOT having an earpiece on while driving. This one is great for the car. It fits over my ear (not in which can get uncomfortable), syncs easily when turned on, and the AAA battery (which are cheap) is a plus because their is nothing to charge. It's size is kind of bulky, but this is becomes a plus when it comes to the police observing you not breaking the law. If you are looking for something safe, affordable, and function-able then look no further. I was about to buy another one for my girlfriend but they're sold out.
It was easy to program bluetooth to phone, but the ear clip does not keep bluetooth secured to you ear. When ever I lean the slightest bit forward or backward it falls off. Even when standing upright and motionless the bluetooth falls away from my ear and swings outward. Very disappointed with it. Can not use it now!
The ear piece works pretty well. The part that goes around your ear is a little floppy and doesn't feel secure all the time. Sometimes you have to put a finger on it to hold it down.
