    • Falls Off

      This is one of the better headsets I have had in a while, unfortunately it falls of very easily. I was supposed to come with multiple ear plugs but came with only one. I give it a 4 out of 5. Get what you pay for.

    • You get what you pay for!

      The product was not comfortable in my ear and I am constanly needing to adjust it in my ear. The sound is great though.

      • How did the image on site compare with the actual product? Very accurate
      • Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? I did not receive the ear piece adapters that the packaging said was included.

      I found this bluetooth very easy to use and comforable to wear. It's very light weight and attractive in appearance. However, the volume doesn't adjust very loud. It's difficult at times to hear the person you're conversing with. But for the value, I would recommend it.

      My daughter loves it and uses it around the house and in the car. She has said the sound quality is good and the person on the other end of the call seldom even realizes she is using a wireless headset.

    • Motorola H680 Bluetooth

      To be fair, this is only the 2nd bluetooth device I've owned, but the improvement in sound quality AND fit is amazing...oh, and did I mention that it looks great, too?!However, like some of the other reviewers, mine arrived withOUT the interchangeable earbuds, but one simple e-mail to Motorola's customer service and 4 days later, I received the replacements in the mail, free of charge.The only other negative - and it's minor - is the charger/case...you have to take the ear "hook" off in order to get the cover on the case...that doesn't make sense to me...
