I recently purchased this headset and love it. I have had issues in the past with headsets being too large and as a result people have trouble hearing me and me hearing them. This headset fits perfectly and the sound quality on both ends is good. The reason I gave it a four on features is that it is not noise canceling. I had that on my last headset and do miss it. The other thing I really like about this headset is that it comes with a case so it stays protected in my purse. Overall I think this is great headset for the money and would definately recommend it.

i purchased two of these, one for my husband and one for me. they work alright, there is poor sound quality when around any other noise, other people talking, cars going by, wind (aweful in the wind). we both work outside, in and out of vehicles, and do not have free hands to answer phone calls, business or personal. but there is that law about hands free here in california. they are okay for the price. i am glad that i did not purchase the more expensive model, could it have been the same quality, but with a cuter style? and, when the products arrived, one of the packages contained a charger that did not even fit into the bluetooth itself. it then took about 5 days to get one that fit sent to me. i still have the wrong charger and still have not been notified by overstock to return it. charging the items are easy and with the magnetic charging base, it gives you a more of a sense of relief that there is power connected. you do not place the charging cord directly into the bluetooth itself. there is a charging base for it. as far as just being in the car, no music in the background and windows rolled up, you are able to hear just fine.

I absolutely love the hands free pieces that I purchased. I bought one for my husband and myself. They are both crystal clear on both ends of the "phone". The reason why I purchased this specific one is because I researched it on consumer reports first and they said it was one of the best and it surely is.

I like the unit but I have to much trouble keeping it in my ear !!! I don,t know how to correct the problem !!!

Works great and people were surprised to find out later that I was talking on a hands free device. One of my friends ordered one for himself once he seen how compact and well it worked.
