    • Superb Quality

      I absolutely love the hands free pieces that I purchased. I bought one for my husband and myself. They are both crystal clear on both ends of the "phone". The reason why I purchased this specific one is because I researched it on consumer reports first and they said it was one of the best and it surely is.

    • Headset is very light and comfortable

      I was pleasantly surprised that the headset was so light and small. When I placed it into my ear I couldn't even feel it there.

    • No Travel Case?

      Two issues up front...no charger/travel case included (contrary to the description on the site) and it comes with only one earpiece. The instruction manual shows a great travel case/charger, which doesn't match the one that came with my earpiece. Instructions also list multiple earpieces to select from (so that you can fit your ear) but mine only came with one. Other than not getting 100% of the product, I am pretty satisfied with the earpiece, just wish I had gotten the travel case/charger.

    • Motorola H680 Bluetooth

      I bought this months ago and loved it but lost it! I had to get the exact same one since I already knew the quality was GREAT! Unfortunately, it was a few dollars more the second time around AND I didn't get the free shipping I got the first time, but all and all I am so glad I got it again!
