So far this is a very good product,the audio on the incoming and outgoing calls is great .Little to no background noise or enterference.It was very easy to connect to the phone and easy to operate. The only fault that I see at this time is that it was supposed to come with multiple ear pieces and it only had the one that was on it. The ringbox size charger/storage case is very handy and convienant . Have to wait and see about overall quality only had it about 3 weeks.

I have owned approximately 10 various blue tooths over the years and I must say this one is by far the best I've had. Not only is it the most elegant looking, but it's very lightweight and has great sound. The incoming and outgoing sound is very clear and neither I or my callers struggle to hear one another. The only thing I wish is that it was easier to get replacement earhooks. I love the lightweight hook it comes with, but if broken, it's not easy to find a replacement. For the quailty earpiece it is, it would be nice to be able to replace it or have an xtra to come with it. Otherwise, this is a great product and the OS price is FABULOUS. I paid twice as much at the store and had no regrets.

I just got this blue tooth I love it so much, that I am buying one for my daughter. the sound is excellent, easy to use, and it fits perfectly in the ear. It does not feel heavy in the ear, this is the 3rd blue tooth I own and so far is the best ever! definetely it was the best purchase for me.

I would recommend it to my friends because of the size and the quality.

I love this earpiece! I bought it to replace my very old, very outdated and not-so-good one and I don't regret it at all. The sound quality is superb, even while driving with the windows down, I've been told that I sound just like I have the phone to my ear. It's relatively comfortable to wear - I have small ears, most ear pieces are too big. The description says that it comes with three different size ear pieces, in reality it only came with one, but I took the little rubber ones from my mp3 ear buds and it works great. I'd recommend it to anyone who wanted a decently priced earpiece. :-)

Great price and great equipment! I bought two just in case i lost one!

I had ordered one other headset that was not good at all. My family was always saying they couldnt hear me well. However the H680 works great, I love it. I can hear very well and so can the other party. I would definetly recommend this product to anyone, in fact I am ordering one for my husband right now.

Amazing! So light I hardly know I'm wearing it. Love the ear hook and ear piece...it's so much more comfortable than others I've used in the past! Has great sound and even those I'm talking to do not know I'm using a bluetooth headset! Pairs easily and seems to last longer than expected before needing a charge. I am totally pleased with my purchase...and will continue to shop Overstock - they ROCK! The only small complaint - not enough to remove a star, is that it said it came with extra ear buds, but did not.

Received headset and linked to my phone. The feedback I received from others is that I am unclear and very low. Returning item.

I only have experience with this bluetooth and one that was very bad. This one is definitely better. It doesn't 'fit' my ear exactly, but I would imagine that's inevitable with these kinds of things. One thing I did notice (I use it a LOT), is that if I don't charge it every night, people cannot hear me after the second day without charge. So that helps. Its not a perfect technology but its good and pretty comfortable.

I never thought my 23 year-old daughter would be so excited to receive a bluetooth headset. She has a very bad habit of calling me every time she's driving in her car. I scored a "10" on this purchase. Here's the synopsis of what she said, "This one is so easy to set-up, the charger that's included is magnetized so the headset just snaps right in to charge it, it's light-weight, small, comfortable and very classy-looking and the reception is very CLEAR!" I can't say much more than she did. Within minutes from opening her gift, she was calling me to test it out. She loved it! I loved knowing she would have both hands on the steering wheel when she drove. Shipping was fast, it came in a bubble-wrap envelope and was not damaged.

I love this bluetooth! It's adorable, comfortable, and actually smaller than I thought it'd be. As has always been my experience with Overstock, I received a quality product that arrived on time or sooner than I expected it.

it is very small and light, setup was a snap talk time is great. doesn't interfere with my glasses at all, I forget it is on

I am very pleased with this headset. It's much easier to operate than the last one I had. And it's cute! Although the package insert says that it comes with multiple earpieces, the product description on Overstock says nothing about it. While I'm a little disappointed that there are no other earpieces (the included one is a tad too big) - I was under no false impression that there would be any. It's small, it's light, it fits well overall. I even bought one for my husband!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the H680 when I received it. I've been looking for a good bluetooth headset for a while, and this one offers clear audio for the user and the person on the other end of the line. I don't have to listen to my friends complain that they can't hear me anymore! And you can't beat the Overstock price.

I am totally dissatisfied with my purchase. The headset only came with one plastic earpiece which is too big for my ear, so it's very uncomfortable and falls off my ear. It was suppose to come with several different sizes. The whole earpiece is fallen apart.
