I purchased two H680 headsets of different colors. That resulted in two separate shipments which arrived several days apart. Both arrived within a week of ordering.We have been very pleased with our headsets! We found them easy to set up with our phones, very light and comfortable to wear, easy to use, and with clear sound for both parties on a call. The battery charge lasts much longer than I had expected.All in all, we received good products and excellent value. We recommend the H680.
The actual item is great- the earpiece part of it was rather large and it does not fit comfortably in my ear. I will have to go buy additional ear bud rubberized parts, but it's a great item for the price!
All I can say is that this works.Cons:1) Hard to put on, the ear hook is hard to put on. I have to use two hands to put it on.2)The Mic is OK, it picks up a LOT of background noise. I know b/c people tell me frequently.3) The charger for this is a good idea in concept but not in reality. It has a platform you charge it with and you use it weather your at home on in the car. It's not practical to charge this in the car with this.OVERALL, move on to the next one. Stay away for this!
The headset works well but didn't come with additional ear cushions of various sized. The normal one is a bit too big for my ear and is uncomfortable - I think if it was changed for a smaller one it would be better. Overall, the sound quality is good, I hear clearly when having a conversation and only infrequently do I have someone coment on cut outs and poor audio. Would purchase again.
