All parts got here in Great condition It took me 5 minutes to get it connected. I love the volume control.
I like the fast charge I didn't have to wait long at all.
It's easy to use it could use a few more ear piece choices but for the price it's a wonderful value.
My husband bought one when we bought our phones and paid twice what I did.
I've been Happy with everything I've purchased from Overstock.com

I would only recommend buying this because it is the only way legally to talk on the phone while driving in California. Otherwise it is kind of uncomfortable and it is not loud enough.

this is a great product. the reception is good as well as the look. the only problem i have is the earhook. it dont fit my ear and it flops a little but other than that i love it and would recommend it to my friends and family.
