I got this after I lost my Plantronics Explorer bluetooth. The people I'm talking to complain about hearing an echo when I talk to them and wind noise when I talk while walking. Also the blue tooth turns on while in my purse and doesn't recognize my contact list when I do my voice dialing. All of which I didn't have problems with when I was using my Plantronics. I'm now shopping online for a new Plantronics and am throwing this one away.
I bought this product based on customer's coments, but my bluetooth has very bad reception and no one seems to hear me well, and it arrived 3 weeks late. i would mot recommend to anyone.
i was really looking forward to receiving this bluetooth because of the new california law. i was disappointed at first because the color was RED, not pink. the quality is good except when it's windy or when you try to talk with the window's down. other than that and the color, everything else was fine.
Well, It works fine but it is not pink. It even says on the box that it is Bubblegum Red. I did not return it since they probably are all red, not pink. It has good sound quality.

I bought this earpiece for my wife a couple of months ago. We were getting used to the new California hands free law that goes into affect July 1, 2008. She LOVES it! She used two other earpieces prior to this one and this is by far the most comfortable and has exceptional sound quality. She has never had problems with anyone misunderstanding her or her misunderstanding them. We did have issues with the voice dialing, but I think that is more of an issue with her RAZR than the earpiece. When I linked it to my ic902, voice dialing worked perfectly - even from 20 feet away! I recommend this product.
