I bought this item and for a few days it was working fine, that is until i had to get a new phone. Same brand same model and i tried to pair my new phone with my bluetooth and it wouldnt pair. I thought something was wrong with my phone and decided to test another phone to see if it would work. That phone didnt pair either. I wontn't dare recommend this product to anyone.

The Motorola H500 Bluetooth Wireless Headset was of dubious quality and a poor performer.
I have owned and operated multiple Bluetooth devices and without a doubt, this device generated
more negative reaction from those with whom I spoke while using it than any other.

I purchased this to avoid holding my cell while driving. It is an excellent product for the price. The only problem I had was the earpiece was a little too big, but I squeezed it to make it tighter and that seemed to do the trick!!! Audio is pretty good and ease of operation was okay too!

This headset is great for the price, but it does not stay on my ear. Of course everyone's ear is different so others may find it a little sturdier. The volume is great and I love the color (pink).

I usually do not buy refurb products, but this was the way to go for me since I lose them often. It is a good product, but I do not like how sensitive it is. I have stuck the headset in my purse before and had it call people on numerous occasions even after I thought I had turned it off. It works well, but I prefer my old one that flipped to turn it on and off.

I recieved my H500 on today and it was very user friendly took you step by step and I was hooked up and using my bluetooth in a matter of 2 hrs thanks overstock for oftering such easy products to use....

This headset is compact, comfy and affordable. The earpiece is flexible and really easy to throw on when I'm getting a call in the car. The connectivity to my phone is awesome and it can switch over from handheld to handsfree almost instantly. And it matches my phone perfectly!
The only thing that I don't like is that it doesn't have the folding boom to turn it on and off. I accidentally ran over my last bluetooth with my car, so I settled for a cheaper version and this headset is a great replacement.
It uses the Motorola charger (that seems to be pretty universal) which was really convenient because I already had a car charger, so it worked out perfectly! I would definitely recommend!

NJ has a hands free law so this was a must. Price is right. I have small ears, so fitting one one these has been an issue; not this one. Maybe because it's pink lol. Audio quality is good, people also have no problem hearing me. I'd recommend this to anyone.
