This was an excellent purchase. Very compact, very clear audio and excellent range. Better than the other two Jabra headsets that I owned previously.

I like having the hands free operation, but others on the other end of the call cannot hear unless I raise my voice and sometimes is broken up. The volume on my end isn't loud enough unless you push it closer to the ear. I don't reccommend this product, but I'll deal with it because it was a decent price.

Came within 2 days. Ordered the pink, had chipped paint and worn button, but works fine. I find it to be very comfortable and would not hesitate to purchase a Motorola again. I wish I had purchased one sooner. I rarely used my cellphone while driving and then only to answer select calls. Once the ban went into place in Las Vegas, I knew the time had come to get a bluetooth. Since I am technically "challenged", I did not want anything too complicated and this one seems to fit the bill.

The item felt too big on my ear. It looked fine, but I just couldn't see myself using it. I'm returning it today.

it works just as advertised... reception is not as good as when using the handset. This is probably normal, but it's annoying enough that when I'm talking with friends, they continually ask me if I'm on a hands free because the transmission quality is poor. It's fine for listening, but when I talk, people have a hard time understanding me. I finally gave up using it, because no one could understand me.

The part that hooks around the ear seemed smaller than some of the others I have had. I loose them all the time. This one, I took off while having coffee, left it on the table and went to my car. I realized what I had done, went back in and the girls at the neighboring table had taken it and left.

You get what you pay for and for xxxx you get an earpiece that works. It's not the most comfortable. It's not the most attractive. But it does the job. Most of the time.

i got this item 4 me, i loved the colors and the battery time lap was great. but the quality of sound was ok not good or great.

it is old and use, sometime it work.i want a new one.

I love it. Although I didn't purchase mine from Overstock I am still happy with it. I have had no problems with it. I have even switched phones not the same make or model and it still paired with it.

My Motorola H500 linked up perfectly with my Motorola Razr phone. The clarity and ease of use is great! It fits on my ear just fine and looks really great. I would recommend this bluetooth to anyone.

its nice even thought ppl said it sound kind of fuzzy when i speak into it but who knows i dnt call myself

I got my H500 bluetooth headset today.  I absolutely love it.  I've made several calls with it.  The clarity is awesome.  My boyfriend is gonna order 1 for himself.

I bought this item and for a few days it was working fine, that is until i had to get a new phone. Same brand same model and i tried to pair my new phone with my bluetooth and it wouldnt pair. I thought something was wrong with my phone and decided to test another phone to see if it would work. That phone didnt pair either. I wontn't dare recommend this product to anyone.

Got this item for Christmas and I have used it everyday. Love the features, It rings in your ear so you know that your phone is ringing great reception great sound easy as 123.

I bought this for my daughter, it works well. Not having one before, just wish it had better instructions.

The Motorola H500 Bluetooth Wireless Headset was of dubious quality and a poor performer. I have owned and operated multiple Bluetooth devices and without a doubt, this device generated more negative reaction from those with whom I spoke while using it than any other.

This bluetooth is not a bad purchase, it is easy to pair and works well.
