i am very pleased with the motorola h500. i got thr red and it exactly matched my samsung. i am not very good at "hooking" up electronics - but i had this ready to go in less than 2 mins. the "flat" earpiece is a little hard to get adjusted too - but it does not hurt my ear. the clarity is great - and the people i am talking to on it say it is great on their end too. Overstock.com has been a pleasure to do buisness with. thanks for the great device and service!!
Bought two sets for my wife and me. Was easy to set up and operate. Fits OK on my ear, but not so well on my wife's. Could use some sort of adjustment. Also, audio is somewhat faint, especially noticeable when I'm driving.
