This is every bit as good a quality and easy to use as the same product purchased from a mobile phone company. It's very easy to connect to a bluetooth mobile product and seems to hold a pretty decent charge.

I had one before but I dropped in the street and it was run over by a car...anyway, I replaced it with the same model just color this time. You can hear clearly and the controls are easy to use. Only problem I have with this headset is I sometime hear static and I didn't ever have static with the other one I had.

This earpiece is a total godsend! I love that there is no cord and was super easy to set up with my phone myself. I didn't have to take it to the cell phone store or anything. I told my friends that spent 2-3 times the amount on the same earpiece that I got this one on overstock.com and how much I paid for it and they were totally jealous.
