This is every bit as good a quality and easy to use as the same product purchased from a mobile phone company. It's very easy to connect to a bluetooth mobile product and seems to hold a pretty decent charge.

People can hear me, but I cant hear them very well
I had one before but I dropped in the street and it was run over by a car...anyway, I replaced it with the same model just color this time. You can hear clearly and the controls are easy to use. Only problem I have with this headset is I sometime hear static and I didn't ever have static with the other one I had.

I love overstock everything i buy i have had no problem with.the blue tooth is really good you can hear people good .they can hear you clear. It doesnt hurt your ear.sometimes i forget that its on my ear. i would recommend this item to anyone. and its a good christmas gift.. My friend got one at another store and paid 60 and i told her why did you pay that if you go to overstock you will get the same one for cheap and good quality. and now she is hooked on overstock as well

This earpiece is a total godsend! I love that there is no cord and was super easy to set up with my phone myself. I didn't have to take it to the cell phone store or anything. I told my friends that spent 2-3 times the amount on the same earpiece that I got this one on overstock.com and how much I paid for it and they were totally jealous. They are now overstock.com shoppers.
