Pros: Easy set up,Comes with a car charger and two home charger's,fit's good on my ear... If you have a ringtone on your phone and have your bluetooth in it play's the ringtone instead of just beeping like my old jabra bluetooth did...Cons: If you start walking away from your phone it get's alot of static... So be prepared to keep your phone close to you...I love this product other then the static...

I have owned this product before but I washed it in a pant's pocket. Although it came on after that it would not reconnect. I liked the device very much and wanted to replace it. I liked the price and availability offered by Overstock. It was cheaper than any other place I looked. It arrived within 3 days.
headset great ,a little static, not bad and great price!
This is the second H500 that I have bought. And still love it. The only reason that I had to replace the old one was I left it in my pants pocket and it went through the washer and dryer. Of course, it didn't work after that. :) But with the clarity and ease of connection and use that this bluetooth has, it is a perfect fit for me. I would recommend this bluetooth to anyone. And I received this order sooner than expected.
