first thing the phone is unlocked. the problem with the other reviews is ,and the wright up about the phone leaves out the most important thing about the phone only works with a 64k Sim no a 32k Sim.most people who wright the reviews about unlocked phones don`t talk about the new 64k Sim is made for all brand new cell phones that are made now 64k 3g Sim card...now if you have one off these phones you need to copy your old Sim 32k Sim information to a unlocked 64k Sim card all so know as a 3g Sim card the 64k unlocked Sim card you can buy for about 1 to 4 dollars.and a Sim card reader ,,writer,for about 5 to 15 dollars , that can copy the 32k Sim to your computer.then copy to the new 64k Sim card that it.
This was such a let down. This phone is not as pictured at all! First it is not unlocked, I could not use it with my AT&T sim, and it is branded with T Mobile, and also looks refurbished, does not look new. So disappointed.
