Was advertised as an 'unlocked' phone but wouldn't work on my ay&t network. VERY unhappy with this purchase.

This phone dial pad did not light up. It was refurbished and had dings I did not want to pay for. If the dial pad lighted up I would have kept the phone.

I have used this product or phone before, it was for my father. He loves the size and ease of use. This phone was supposed to be his replacement but it was defective upon arrivale. The customer service at Overstock was 100% professional and assisted me in returning the item (which covered shipping costs). I wish I could say better things about this phone but that is okay, I ordered another and hope it will work out better. I would not normally give this product a 1 star, but this time I have to.

• Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? NO, upon getting and connecting to a charger. The display went blank, I can hear the unit power on, however no display.

Needed the "Basic" cellphone for the wife. Her's was getting old and the reception of her original unit was marginal at best. The Black Razor suited the bill to a "T" ... Works right out of the box like it should and delivers performance day in and day out. For the price this is a "No Brainer" for a replacement cellphone!!!

got my phone two days earlier than promised, completely in tact. With a factory battery included the price was the best I found and I checked several other sites. The phone is way faster in all aspects than my old one. The sound is much clearer than my previous unit. So, I can say the phone was refurbished, but also upgraded.

Phone is really good. It does work the way I expect it to, the only drawback was the battery. I don't know if the battery was new or old. it does not hold the charge to well, besides that, it is a good phone

Great condition. Packed in original box with all original accessories. Battery life is decent.

This phone did not work upon arrival. The face did not lite up and the battery was scratched.

I had a razr prior to this one, but it ended up with problems a little ways through having it and eventually the screen stopped working. Though i can admit i did not take very good care of it, so i expected it and took it as my fault. So when i saw this phone i thought i'd give the razr a 2nd try since i really did like the phone. I got it in july, and up until janurary it worked fine. Then, it started refusing to delete my outbox messages unless i turned it off and back on, which was annoying but i could deal with it. and then again it started receiving text messages very late, so this was also annoying, but nothing i couldnt deal with (i send at least 200 messages per day.) Then last night mid text reply the screen froze, turned white, went blank. The same thing that happened to my prior razr. The screen is no longer viewable unless i dont open it fully and peak through the crack to text. Since this has happened to multiple people i know who have had razr and the one i had that i got directly from AT&T, i do not blame overstock. I think its just a crappy phone model. Get it if you're loking for a simple phone that you're not planning on useing for long, DONT GET if you're looking for long term. Good thing i bought the warranty

Love, love, love this phone! Received in less than a week and can't believe how well it it built - not plastic. It looks brand new and is nice and slim. The instructions are easy to follow and I am having fun discovering all the cool features it has to offer.

I am very pleased with this phone. I ordered it based on the previous reviews and friend's reviews. This particular phone is in excellent condition and works great. This is the first time I have used Overstock.com and would highly recommend it based on this experience.

As far as I can tell the phone is brand new. I just put in my ATT sim card and it worked just fine.

I have always liked the audio performance of Motorola phones - people often don't know I calling on a cell phone - and this GSM model isn't a disappointment. It was described as a reconditioned phone but looked like new. Not a scar or nick on it. And it performs like new too.
