This phone make a great basic phone. I use it as a 2nd phone for my work line and it serves its purpose very well.

I was looking for a simple and easy phone that I could use on my existing plan. Since ti was refurbished it was less expensive then a new phone. I would have had to pay full retail price on a new one so this fit the bill. I ordered it with free shipping so it took a little longer then I had wanted but I knew that when I bought the phone. I like the Barrage because it was a flip phone. I don't text, nor did it make sense for me to have a smart phone for what I needed. Maybe next time but for now nice and simple. The phone looked brand new and I got everything I was promised. I have had no problems with its use. The sound quality is good, buttons easy to read. I can maneuver through the menu easily. It has a rugged and durable construction. The only thing I caution anyone looking to but this phone is the battery. I put on about 1000 minutes a month and at the end of the day when I go to charge it up I am usually down to 1 bar on the battery. They do make an extended battery which you can get for cheap but you'll also need a deeper back for the phone so plan on buying both. Otherwise a good simple phone.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. The phone meets my needs. I needed something easy and simple to use. A smart phone was not practical for what I needed so this fit the bill perfectly. The ease of operation, keys are easy to read, dialing numbers and getting calls no problem. Even the sound quality is good. If I had any issues I would have gotten the extended battery when I bought the phone. By the time I get to bed I am usually down to one bar on the phone.
