Okay phone.
After returning my initial phone, the second one has performed okay. It has frozen 2 times so far and I had to remove the battery to restart it. (and it happened when switching networks)..since its my first smart phone, I cant compare it to any other. Its easy to use and fun to play with. Its not to bulky and just perfect for me.

- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? my first phone was kinda defective

Post Office Screwed Up, Never Received
My package was sent via the US postal service and in fine tradition they never even delivered it but just marked it return to sender and held it at the local post office as undeliverable to addressee for some unknown reason that no one at the local post office or the toll free customer service center seemed to have an explanation for. Overstock was very gracious and made several attempts at contacting them to find out what went wrong and they even called them with me on 3-way (all to no avail). They refused to deliver the package, couldn't explain why it was being returned, lied and said it had already been returned when I had just received an email from them stating the pkg was still being held at the local post office and did eventually return to sender. Overstock really tried to help but since they couldn't they were nice enough to quickly credit my money back to Paypal and give me a very generous credit towards my next purchase as well. This is why I keep shopping on Overstock. I have usually been very pleased with the items I have ordered but even when something goes wrong they try their best to correct the situation. Their Customer Service really rocks!
