Love, love, love this gadget. First and foremost I was impressed with the packaging of the product. I was aslo very surprised to see it came with a very nice brown leather carry case. It's very lite and very easy to navigate. I went to Zune website as soon as I opened the package to begin loading my music and familarize myself with the features. I was able to do everything I wanted to with ease. Now since it also came with a car pack i have to hook that up.....have not done that just yet but no worries it all seems pretty simple. I would definitely recommend purchasing refurbish again. Looks and works good as brand new....for half the price. Sound quality is excellent!!However I would purchase the warranty just incase their is a problem down the road.
