I had another wireless keyboard before this one but had problems with the mouse. This one has both wonderful mouse and keyboard plus it came with a module for when you lose connection it will pick the signal back up and all you have to do is just push a button on the module and then move the mouse or use keys on the keyboard till it picks up the signal which only takes a couple of seconds instead of having to go back into the program and resetting things.
- Wheel scrolls but won't tilt like it's supposed to - There's never any problem with signal reception, but it gives random "Low keyboard signal" error messages - Didn't include software like the box said it did (there's a driver online, but I panicked at first) + All the extra buttons are customizable + It has a nice feel + The playback controls work outside the program -- i.e., I can skip songs in iTunes without leaving my browser (my previous keyboards wouldn't do this) BOTTOM LINE: Recommended with reservations.
I am a typest for a Court Reporter, so I do a LOT of typing. This keyboad takes a little getting used to (as most "ergonomic" keyboards seem to). The only thing I don't like is that now I have such a hard time typing on any other keyboard! This lessens the pressure on your wrists, and is more comfortable for your fingers. I find I can type longer without getting tired as quickly. The fast buttons are neat too, even though I don't use them very much.
