This webcam was an excellent value which has been my experience with Overstock.com. The webcam is small in size: about the size of my thumb, and it comes with a neat shock-proof case for on-the-going operations. Equipment Installation is rather easy with simple plug and play. The software, however, is another matter. It was easy--once I figured it out. For Vista OS, the user has to down load the driver from the Microsoft website. And if I remember correctly, there were some upgrades to boot. The overall operation and features of the camera is excellent. And the picture is very clear along with the sound. I have had very few issues in video conferencing, and it provides an excellent webcam/video conferencing experience. Best of all, it was a good deal for the price.

This webcam works great. I didn't even have to install the software - it's plug and play compatible with Windows Vista. The picture is very good - our son in Germany says the colors and sound are perfect. If you're looking for an inexpensive webcam for your laptop - this is the one!

Great little webcam, perfect for a laptop (cord is too short for most desktop arrangements). I like the way it compacts for travel. And the resolution is great. Most laptops have cameras but if yours does not, this is the one you want.

I bought 3 of these for my computer and my kids laptops. 2 out of 3 cameras were easy to install and setup. The one that had difficulty was an easy fix, but we had to go to MS and download a new installation and setup program.The quality of the video and the sound is very good, especially for the price. I had to buy a usb extension for my desktop system in order to connect to my tower and place the camera where it was usable.Overall I would rate this a very good buy from setup to using.

Great product. Love seeing my Grandchildren on Skype who live in other states. Buy it.

The software that comes with the webcam is useless. Quality is OK. Nothing amazing. Then again, I paid half of the retail price. Decent buy, for what it's worth.
