We used this webcam for years in our family and have really enjoyed it. We finally got another one for the in-laws in Taiwan after getting tired of their poor quality image on MSN webcalls. The difference is literally night and day.The only complaints I have is that it is not compatible with the Mac, and it is not plug and play. The driver install takes 3 minutes and you are good to go.
