Clear image and easy to use
We used this webcam for years in our family and have really enjoyed it. We finally got another one for the in-laws in Taiwan after getting tired of their poor quality image on MSN webcalls. The difference is literally night and day.The only complaints I have is that it is not compatible with the Mac, and it is not plug and play. The driver install takes 3 minutes and you are good to go.

a great deal on this camera, was able to help the recipient set it up over the phone and then chat wth it. webcam choppy, of course, but nice! it does the job
