Microsoft Comfort Curve Keyboard 2000

I've bought two of these, one for home and one to keep at my boyfriend's house. It's SO much BETTER for my neck & wrists (I use a laptop and only wish I would have bought a separate keyboard sooner). The keys are VERY quiet and with very low travel, so you don't have to go stomp-typing and jamming your fingers and waking the neighbors (jk!). Love the little curve, just enough to not totally tire out your wrists, but not too much so you don't have to learn a new way to type. Plus, it's really flat, so it will fit in most (if not all) keyboard drawers (& u can travel with it, if you want). I like that it's wired - no batteries to replace (better for the wallet and the planet) and no missed keystrokes, ever! If I run low on my usb ports, I just use a cheap-o little hub and it works great! (I wouldn't use the hub for high-drain stuff, like hard drives or something that relies on speed, like transferring large files or batches of pictures). Even has very useful vol up and down and mute keys, play and pause (in one key), back and forward keys, a web/home key, a search key, and a mail key. Also, a really cool feature is the dedicated calculator key, (I used to have to manually program a keyboard shortcut, but it's SO much nicer to have one button and a little pic reminding you of the shortcut). Feature rating is only 4 stars b/c there's no euro (¿) symbol. In this day and age, there's a need and the keyboard has the space for it. (Fortunately, it's on my laptop but it would be more convenient if it was on the keyboard). I'm a massage therapist - if you have a laptop and use it a lot, PLEASE buy an external keyboard (any one you really like) and put your laptop screen at eye level, you will really save your neck from a lot of strain and possibly, your back from a lot of pain.
