I needed a stand-alone version of MS Access to add to the Office 2010 suite that was bundled with my new laptop. The product I purchased via Overstock was a considerable saving over other retailers, however its labeled as the Academic version and I'm still not clear whether there might be adverse consequences for non-academic users. The product installed quickly and easily, and integrated seamlessly with the existing Office suite. At this point all is well and I'm a happy customer.
