I use these docks in elementary music classrooms instead of fumbling with CDs.I tried another one, and it stunk to high heaven.The sound quality is pretty darn good and low distortion (unlike the other thing that looks like a Bose but isn't advertised as so)I'd recommend it - the thing fills the room with sound and I don't have to worry about it bottoming out on the more bassy songs.

This is the 2nd time I purchased this product. I bought one 2 years ago as a Christmas present for my daughter who go her first Ipod. She uses it mostly in her room at home, and has been pleased with it. I just got an Ipod touch, and I decided to buy the same speaker system for myself. I like the fact that it also has AM/FM capability. Decent sound for a small, portable, "non-bose" type speaker system. Not huge wattage output, but will do for most situations. I like the ability to take it with you and use batteries if necessary.

I got this as a gift for my sister who went back home to the Philippines. Before she left, she showed it to my mother and my mother loved it - she's been bugging me to buy one for her too. And I definitely get one for her. Handy, sound is great - fits all sizes of ipod!!

i got it as a present for my boyfriend for his birthday because he loves to work in his garage on his car and he works in construction and what not, but having those little iPod headphones in your ears is not convienent when you're moving around. this makes his life a lot easier when he's working! it works amazing, sounds good, and you won't regret buying it!

At first I wasn't expecting much from this product. But when I opened it up and heard the amazing sound quality, my mind was changed. It was really easy to use once i read the directions. It picked up the radio stations that my radio wouldn't pick up, and it charged my ipod faster than my computer did. Its an amazing product.

the unit was ok at the beginning, but then stopped working after a few months. tried to fix it but to no avail.

It does what was intended which is to play an iPod through external speakers. Unfortunately, the speakers, while adequate, are of low quality. For "background music" and single-room use, it's o.k.

This unit has excellent sound quality for your ipod !The am/fm radio has slight problems with reception so I will probably get an exterior antenae lead to help that...but I justuse if for my ipod. It charges the ipod while in its pocket. Many attachments to fit any size ipod or mp3 player. Also comes with remote. I've had trouble programming the radio auto settings, but not that important to me.

This is rightfully the cheapest iPod docking boombox I could find. Its fairly good, but comes up short in a few areas. The sound quality is decent. Low distortion if you don't try to crank it way up. It does have a digital AM/FM radio tuner which was hard to find at this price level. However, the presets are selected by cycling one button one at a time. You also have to press the button twice the first time, pretty annoying.My biggest complaint with this radio was that it stopped working the SECOND time I tried to turn it on. It turns out the power supply went bad. Literally 2-3 hours after it worked the first time. The manual actually instructs you to unplug the PS at both ends every time you stop using it. Yeah right! I happened to have an extra powersupply for an external hard drive lying around that was approximately the right output (memorex one is 12V, 3A).The story does have a happy ending though. I decided to submit a warranty claim through Memorex's support website 2 days ago. I was clear that the item worked out of the box, then didn't, then did with batteries installed or the other power supply. I've read that these power supplies are often faulty. Anyway, I just received an email from Memorex customer service that a replacement power supply has been shipped to me free of charge and it will be here in 5-7 days! So assuming it shows up and works, I'll be pretty happy with how it all turned out.

Was told that an iPhone would fit. It plays but does not fit into the cradle very well. A little disappointed in the volume and carity. AM signals are scratchy at best.

Love this boom box. It's sleek, easy to use, and has lots of flexibility in what devices it is compatible with. The sound quality is much better than I expected. I hope to have it for many years of musical enjoyment.

Excellent product for the price! The sound is exceptionally sharp for a small boombox. The remote is ok, but I can overlook it because it meets and exceeds my expectations.

I was very pleased with this item. I was kind of concerned about the quality of the sound, but i was pleasantly suprised. It's perfect for taking on outdoor trips.

I had only had my iMove for about a month now, but so far I have been very pleased. The price was awesome and it was exactly what I was looking for.

We received our boombox and it was easy to get started, it had all the different inserts for the different mp3 players, so both mine and my daughters can be used with the same boombox.

The interchangeable plates for each ipod style were hard to insert. I found that the overall sound was ok, volume didn't get really loud, especially for outdoors. The remote works till about 8 feet, but I found did not work outdoors. Its ok for the money, but overall I was disappointed, I should have spent more money on a better quality docking station.

This is a great boombox. It's perfect for the beach and camping, the volume gets really loud.

THIS IS A GREAT SYSTEM TO ENJOY ONE'S iTUNES COLLECTION. IT PLAYS YOUR TUNES FROM AN MP3 PLAYER OUT LOUD WITH A GOOD QUALITY SOUND. I PARTICULARLY ENJOY USING THE iPOD RANDOM PLAY FEATURE. IT'S ALMOST LIKE LISTENING TO THE RADIO IN THE 50's AND 60's. GREAT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLAYER TO ANY iPOD FAN.
