this radio has horrible reception as stated in other reviews, bad controls and the speakers are not metal as they appear, it's a thin vinyl sticker that will peal around the edges after a month.

Good looking, and provides an easy view of the time at night. Handy to have the CD player in the bedroom when I am cleaning up in there. But as for the reception quality: apparently my apartment building's construction blocks most signals -- I cannot even use my cell phone unless I'm standing at the window! So I cannot comment on it as a just-plain-radio!

The audio quality is very good.. I have to use the instruction manuel to set anything up. It's a little complicated. The worst part is my night table is higher than my bed so when I try to see what time it is in the middle of the night I only see a blue screen. THe digital numbers do not show up if you are at any angle.

I was so glad to find a CD plyer clock radio combination that was portable enough to take on vacation. Since the iPod has become so popular it has become hard to find one that was not a bulky boombox. The size and price of this product were perfect and a great deal!

I had tried several radios in my office and could never get anything but local AM and FM stations. This unit pulls in stations as well as a car radio. This allows me to listen to sports programming on the occasional weekend work. Sound quality is very good and little space is required on my desk. Soft blue blacklight contrasts nicely with the aluminum look of the case. If your placement doesn't get good reception move it around facing different directions. 2 feet can make a major difference in reception. Works very well in our steel and brick office building. CD's nice and clear as well.

I think this radio has exellent sound. it is small enough that it doesn't clutter my desk. i would recommend this radio to all my friends and family

For the price this is a great buy. The only complaint I have is that the light is too bright. Even on dim, it lights up the room at night.

I bought one for both of my new grandbabies bedrooms to lullaby them to sleep and as a very useful night glow from the display window. My daughter loves them because they take up very little space on the dressing table.
