The Fireball 3 drive takes reliability and data integrity to a higher level with the Maxtor Shock Protection System (SPS) and Data Protection System(DPS).SPS and DPS give the user enhanced protection against both operating and non-operating shock and verify essential functions in seconds to minimize costly drive returns. These drives continue the Maxtor tradition of delivering high reliability with performance.
