Great features, *real* skipj-protecton and a "resume" feature that's fabulous when listening to books on CD over the space of days.

As advertised the Magnavox can take a lot of shaking without skipping.
However, it does not come with belt clips or a strap that would make it covenient for use during exercise.

I PURCHASED THIS CD PLAYER FOR MY HUSBAND WHO IS HARD ON CASSETTE PLAYERS BECAUSE HE WEARS THEM WHEN HE EXCERCISES. THIS ONE WAS MADE JOG PROOF. HE COMMENTED THAT IT HAD GOOD SOUND AND HE HAD NO PROMBLEMS OF SKIPPING OR GOING OUT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECCOMEND THIS TO A FRIEND.

The only drawback to this CD Player which I use while exercising on the treadmill is that I have to adjust the volume each time I turn it on...It would be nice if it recognized my setting , like it does where I left off in the story, and went to it automatically.
