Just wouldn't work properly. Finally figured out the problem. I had to send it back. It's impossible to find just a vcr anymore and I had high hopes because of the good reviews it has but it didn't work out. Customer service was helpful and friendly.
The remote does not work. The product seems to work okay. I don't think the remote was tested with this one, because it does not work at all. Very disappointing.
We purchased this Magnavox unit to replace an old VCR that our very young boys use. It's really hard to find a good stand-alone VHS tape player these days. We consider this Magnavox a great value for the price and it's cheaper than the units sold at any local discount store.
