Seems to be a very attractive product with lots of good features for an excellent price. However, the day the TV/DVD arrived I checked all functions and was disappointed that the DVD drive was faulty. I inserted a DVD disc and all was working well except that I couldn't eject the disc. I was fortunate that I could somehow get the disc out with playing around with a small screwdriver. I called Overstock who informed me that this product cannot be send back without prior speaking to a technician. I am currently waiting for a technician to call me back to assess the problem before I can send it back. There return policy appears to be OK and hope I will receive replacement soon.
THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS DVD PLAYER DID NOT WORK, I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY WERE TO RE SEND ME A NEW TV COMBINATION, THAT WAS ON 04-17-09 TODAY I CALL OVERSTOCK.COM AND THEY TOOK CARE OF IT ASAP AND MY NEW SET SHOULD BE ON IT WAY. IT IS NICE SET, JUST HAPPEN TO GET A LEMON AND NOW HOPING NEW ONE WILL BE FINE. EVERYTHING I HAVE EVER PURCHSE FROM OVERSTOCK BEEN HIGHLY SATISFIED AND WITH THIER FOLKS WORK THERE. THANKYOU MOMMAW1
Bought this tv/dvd from another source in manufacturer reconditioned state and after about 3 months it would no longer power up. Spoke to Magnavox who suggested I buy another one since fixing it was too costly an option. All on my dime of course. I've bought 3 lcd tv's since without any problems but will never buy another Magnavox product as long as they stay in business.
