This product was purchased for 11 and 12 year old children. Mom had a little trouble figuring out how to download the music to the player, but the children had no trouble learning how to use the player and love it!!

Didnt expect much when I received this as a gift. But wow, the sound is A M A Z I N G....blows away my IPOD. Gave it to my wife who put all here pictures on it and hangs it from her purse. She loves it.
