I love my new Zune. The sound an picture quality are amazing. My only complaint is that in order to download music from the marketplace you have to buy microsoft points, and after you get new music, you have to buy more points to burn the CD. It's also very difficult to transfer any music from iTunes to it, you have to get a conversion program in order to convert iTunes music into MP3 format.
