the samsung mp3 player that I bought as a christmas gift does not work. thankfully, I got the extended warranty and plan on sending it back as soon as the holidays are over.

I already have a 1GB player like this one, very satisfied with both, easy to load and use. The only thing wrong is that they didn't include the cord to hang around your neck. Always buy a rechargable player like this unit. Forget the ones that take batteries...
