This MP3 has limited features and is not compatible with several music site (yahoo, realplayer) secondly has limited features and slow to receive and process downloads from computer or Audio CD syncs. Not worth the purchase! hate it

this item was given to my daughter as a present. It broke 21 days after I bought it so according to your sending items back I was only able to do so after 20 days. It figures, I seem to have luck that way. I'm on Social Security Disability and can't afford much so is my daughter upset? Yes!!! Am I upset? Yes I am....an exchange would have been nice at least. But, before it broke my daughter was enjoying it. It downloaded songs well and the sound quality was good.

This product is good. The feature set is comprehensive and the sound and video output is good. The controls are chunky and do not have the smooth feel and operation that you receive from most branded products. The device did plug and play with XP and a Mac with no problem. The manual is poor. The onscreen menu system is a bit rustic but after you play with it you can figure it out. I've converted audio and video to the device successfully. A good value for a techie who can figure things out. It is probably not for children and adults who are not good with technology. Go with a name brand for its support and superior product design.

i got this for my little sisters birthday and all i can say is it was a HUGE PIECE OF JUNK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT BUY IT

just dont like it it doesnt hold enough music and the soumd quality is fair at best maybe I just got the runt of the litter
