The only reason that I have not packed it up and returned it is the cost of shipping and my 8 year old granddaughter doesn't mind listening to it. I am so disappointed in the sound. At times, with the volume at its highest level the music/song can barely be heard. There is no clarity of sound. It is awful.

I love this player!! It is so easy, with every feature you could want. The sound quality is awesome. I haven't got any pics of videos on yet but it's so easy to use I just might have to try that this weekend. So glad I found this one
