If you've never had a mp3 player before, this is not the one to try. The instructions are written very poorly. I never had a mp3 player before and this was very hard to figure out. The sound quality is also very poor.

I only have access to 40% of the available storage due to a glitch in the MP3 player. Do not buy this product.

The only fall back to this mp3 was the voice recorder. Very difficult to know if you are recording or not. Once you have recorded difficult to delete. Memory for songs is great and on screen reading is good!

bought 2 and could not get either one to work - both corrupted the files and either would not load or would not play - we returned them and ordered something else
