Unable to understand instruction. Still haven't figured out how to get the FM to work. Preloaded music is great. really hard to keep earphones in.

The product looks nice and fancy until to start TRYING to use it. Although, there are number of pages in the manual you will need to use your own strategies to get it in use.
Ask you child to help - they are faster with such A things.
Next - it came with earphones i could not use at all: it skews all your sound into march-cats-5 miles-away meowing. So, the second thing you will need to do before using is replacing earphones with another one.
After all - it will serve you well :) Finally.

If you've never had a mp3 player before, this is not the one to try. The instructions are written very poorly. I never had a mp3 player before and this was very hard to figure out. The sound quality is also very poor.

I only have access to 40% of the available storage due to a glitch in the MP3 player. Do not buy this product.
