Purchased the Zune for my wife as a gift - has worked perfectly and she is delighted. It plays multiple formats, copying files to it is very very easy, it is very durable and navigation is intuitive. I would recommend this to anyone shopping for an entry music/video device.

Or, at least, near blind! Now, before you buy, make sure you note that this is the smaller, 4GB version, not the very big 30GB! Other than that...
Easy to use, great battery life, there's some software to install on your computer(no biggie), of course the headphones are no good(but that should be a given), it plays wmv video, displays pics, has a radio, a very bright and rich display with very big text. The only thing that was wrong when I got it was it says it comes with a protective sleeve but I didn't get one. eh.... Still a great product at a great price!

This product is awesome especially for the price instead of spending $300.00 or more on other products. It's the same at half the value. I would highly recommend this product.
