I got my Zune recently and so far am loving it. Had no trouble syncing, installing software etc. The menu is very intuitive. The only thing I've had trouble with is the "squircle" touch pad. I keep moving up or down a menu when I'm trying to push it in to select something. I think it's just a matter of getting used to it. If it conitnues to bother me I can simply turn off the touch sensitivity in the menu but I love flicking my finger across and watching all the songs zoom by.

I have had a Zune for a while, and this product and all of the Zune Multimedia players are so much better then an iPod. They are cheaper, have more features, and operate with more ease. Zune doesn't have those quirky problems like those experienced with the iPod. I strongly recommend it.

Love everything about it. I owned an Ipod and had problems w/ it locking up all the time. Better sound quality than Ipod!
