The devise is difficult to operate in that the multi-mode button does not work most of the time. It is very frustrating trying to get from one mode to another. If you have a need to record something in a hurry forget this player. You will fumble with it for several minutes trying to get it into record mode. The back light does not work at all so forget using it in any kind of diminished light environment.
It does not hold the advertised 2 gigs. It struggles with 1.5 Gb.
The only saving grace at all is that the sound reproduction is very good.
