Augen Prizm 1.5-inch LCD 1GB MP3/ MP4 Player with FM Tuner

I have read a lot of the reviews and have decided to purchase the MP3 - I was happy with it for several months - but there where a few hiccups a long the way. At one point I could not upload any songs but once I updated my Windows Players and worked again. I still use it has a back up but not my primary is the Sansa 4GB- its bigger but does what I want it to do. This small MP3 - I use it @ work working out since it always weighs nothing.

I bought this for my little sister and couldn't belive how cheap looking it was when I got it. At first it was very touchy to charge and now it won't even turn on. This product is hardly worth $1.

This is the worst product ever. It looks and feels cheap. It turned on once and not again since I bought it. The worst part is I gave this as a gift.

This product is very pretty to look at, this is where the love ends. It is hard to get to turn on, the buttons don't work correctly and it just basically a piece of junk. I bought 2 of these for my daughters and both of them are not more than a month old and sitting in the junk drawer in the kitchen.

Instruction manual does not have enough information. Product itself is hard to use.
