Once you get over having to get the add-on software to get it to do everything and a DVD ripping software ( I went with #1 DVD Ripper) this is an amazing piece of hardware. The video is crystal clear and the audio is excellent - could stand a little more on the volume end, but it might be the head phones I'm using. It is relatively easy to use and very convenient. I went with the 160 gig unit and am quite happy with it. The bigger screen is much easier for viewing than the i-pod my wife has.
Highly recommended. And the one time I had to reach customer service, they answered in a timely manner and answered my question right away.
