I ordered this product and was skeptical since it was refurbished. I ended up ordering a case as well just in case it was scratched up. It arrived in perfect condition and sounds awesome with the earphones. The only concern I have is it sounds muffled when I listen to it in the car through an FM transmitter. However, I am returning the FM transmitter due to the static so maybe this will fix the problem!Overstock has been great! They have great customer service and mail their items safely and well packaged.

Buying refurbished stuff is always a risk. Some look factory new and others have minor blemishes or more. The Ipod I received has distinct deep scratches in the screen. If the only thing they did right, in refurbishing the unit, was to replace the screen cover then I would have been much more receptive to getting a used but refurbished item. The other minor wear around the controls etc. is acceptable but the screen output is primary in my book.

I was a bit concerned to purchase a refurbished product but was very happy gave it a try. I am very happy with the product, cost and function. I love the memory capacity and there have been no issues with the ipod so have not needed to contact Overstock regarding resolving problems. However, I am sure they would assist me in every way possible if a problem would occur.
Thank you Overstock.com, for the option of purchinsing refurbished electronics at a greatly reduced cost!

i absolutely LOVE my ipod. it works so much better than my old nano and all the features on it are super sleek. overall it is very easy to handle and i havent had any problems with it
