Buying refurbished stuff is always a risk. Some look factory new and others have minor blemishes or more. The Ipod I received has distinct deep scratches in the screen. If the only thing they did right, in refurbishing the unit, was to replace the screen cover then I would have been much more receptive to getting a used but refurbished item. The other minor wear around the controls etc. is acceptable but the screen output is primary in my book.

I was a bit concerned to purchase a refurbished product but was very happy gave it a try. I am very happy with the product, cost and function. I love the memory capacity and there have been no issues with the ipod so have not needed to contact Overstock regarding resolving problems. However, I am sure they would assist me in every way possible if a problem would occur. Thank you Overstock.com, for the option of purchinsing refurbished electronics at a greatly reduced cost!

i absolutely LOVE my ipod. it works so much better than my old nano and all the features on it are super sleek. overall it is very easy to handle and i havent had any problems with it
