I purchased this item to use in my stroller while walking so my kids could hear the music too. It is great both walking and in the car traveling, especially if the kids want to hear something different. It can withstand being thrown around because I did that the whole trip so I would definitly recomend this item. I use it with an ipod shuffle and it works great.
