I Purchased this webcam for my son for Christmas because his best friend moved to Brazil and I wanted them to be able to stay in touch. The 1st camera that we received did not work. The sound was fine using Skype, but there was no picture. We called Overstock and they mailed out a new one promptly and it worked perfectly and was very easy to install.Great customer service from Overstock and the webcam was a great value. Thank You!

I bought this camera for my parents. It was very easy for them to install and the video quality is great for the value of the product...

I tried installing the product on my computer. The instructions told me to override a message by my computer saying the installation is not compatible with my computer. When I did that, everything froze up and now my USB port doesn't work that the camera was plugged into. When I tried again, the camera was completely unresponsive.

Cute design, adjustable stand can be easily mounted on laptop, pc monitor, or desk. Installation is easy, just plug and play. Video quality is sharp and clear. Very happy with this webcam!
