Superb sound, these are built to last.
Right out of the box, these are very detailed, with a great balance of highs, lows, and sweet mids, vocals really shine. I am having a hard time thinking that these are Dynamic drivers because they are so detailed, especially with good jazz recordings. When I was listening to jack johnson strum on his guitar the sound is very engaging, up front and warm. The construction is solid, the cable is different from all the other MEE phones that I own, it is thinner and more flexible. The bass does not bleed into mid-range at all and they are not bass monsters, although in no way bass anemic either. These have quickly become my favorite pair of headphones for any non-classical musical listening. The instrument placement is excellent, sound-stage is very nice. They are so very detailed in the mids and the bass has plenty of kick and body that is detailed. I don't have much to compare these to as far as dynamic drivers go, I am a BA kind of guy. These perform so well for their price. They compete with my UE700's and I prefer the CC51's for anything outside of Classical listening. Going from the CC51 to my aurvana 2's (same price bracket) I find the Aurvana's dry and stale by comparison. These are my first pair of IEM's that I was really excited about listening to. They have provided me with a new appreciation of how great a dynamic IEM can sound. While I have not heard anything that would be considered top tier, I think these are a great value for the money. They are built well and feel very solid, strain reliefs are very good and the ceramic housing gives them a nice weight.

Can't beat the sound for the price!
IF you're looking for quality earphones with great sound, look no further. The sound these produce is amazing for the price. They beat some earphones that are >$100. The combination of looks, sound, price, and great customer service makes this a smart purchase. I highly recommend it to those wanting something better then Beats for half the price.

Pretty good headphones
Good sound, no excellent hi fi sound but good. Good bass, and treble. Midrange lacks depth but has clarity. Good for club music but maybe not symphony. Not crazy about the clip on the cord and the cord is too long. I use them for working out.

Solid earbuds
These earphones are heavy! Unlike any other earbuds I've seen. Great quality and good sound. There is nothing particularly great about the sound but the earbuds really fit in your ear so no other sound gets through the seal. Great for running... They won't fall out!

Works - sort of
i followed the instructions on how to slip the earbuds off of the earpiece, and it worked out fine. when i tried to slip a different size earbud that comes with the earphones, the earbud broke - exposing the fragile wiring of the earphone. it's happened a couple of times and each time not wanting to have to deal with downtime (i commute on the train 2 hours a day), i super glued it back on. i'm just worried it'll happen again.

Great sound!
This was a holiday gift for teenagers. The kids raved about them! Parents are now buying for themselves. Great quality, they will definitely have a longer lifespan than previous headsets!
