this product is something that allows me to feel a bit more on the professional track with my young photography business! love this product..important to follow instructions on how to hold it as you twist each side in different directions enabling product to fit into carrying bag. if i had not paid attention to that...i may have ruined it or become frustrated. it is easy to twist and fold!!

I'm so happy with it. It's solid and big enough. It's light and very versatile. The only thing that kinda bugged me is that the zipper of the 4 different surfaces is not a good quality one. First time i used it I thought it was going to break, and I know that that will be the breaking point some day –hopefully not any time soon. Why to make a tool such a good tool with such a crappy zipper, specially when the zipper is a very important component for this item?
