I got webcam to SKYPE my brother in Africa. It took less than 20 minutes from box to talk. I'm very pleased with the clarity of the picture, little or no delay in voice vs lip movement. There is little or no digitizing of the photo. Sound is excellent. I'd say my computer knowledge is limited, but still had no problems with the CD set up. The personal reviews from Overstock.com helped me make up my mind, and I am not disappointed. I'ts been up and running for 3 weeks with no issues at all. Price range was midrange, but I can't imagine there could be any significant improvement to the optics or audio capabilities at the high end products. Honestly, I was too cautious to consider any of the "value" deals for fear of being disappointed.

This thing does it all. The video is good.(for a webcam) It has auto focus. It follows you if you move around. It's a darn good value.

This was really easy to install. I just purchased one for mom. I think she can even install it. The picture seems pretty good. There are some fun little features in the software. Works well with yahoo IM.

I found this webcam in a great price!!, I would recommend to all people, this webcam has a lot differents features and it works excellent with desktop computers and also with laptops!!

wanted to get a high resolution webcam for use with Skype on long-range conversations with family--US to Hong Kong. this is perfect.

I bought the webcam as a gift for grandson and family. They had fun making a video for us but were unable to email it--provider or computer problems. I have one and use it often and enjoy being able to email videos to family and friends.
