This remote is very nice, but it is missing the DVR button option for Dish Network VIP 622 and 722 dvrs. Other than that it works well, but can be a little difficult to setup. I am still trying to figure out how to add a button option for the DVR button to pull up the DVR menu on my receivers.

Just a little advise need to gather all the make & model #'s for all your Tv DVD VCR ETC before hand . As you must input this info to there web site to setup the remote. Once that done real easy.

This remote is great! I had 5 on the table and now we just use this one. The best part is the Tivo like feel of it. It also has the ability to learn codes that aren't in the database. The LCD screen lets you customize buttons that are special for specific functions on each device. For example, I can program the LCD screen to say "Surround" and the button next to it will now turn on and off the surround sound. This is great when switching from TV watching to music using the Tivo HD streaming features. Great deal.

This remote is fantastic. I checked the manufacturer's website first to make sure all of my equipment (LCD TV, Cable Box, DVR, DVD Player, and Receiver) was compatible. They all were, which was no surprise since these remotes are compatible with over 15,000 devices. All you have to do is load the software on your computer, add your devices to the application, sync the device, and you are ready to go. The best part about this remote is the 1-button functionality. There is a button that says Play Movie, you hit that button one time, and it turns on the TV, DVD Player and receiver and puts them all on the right input/output to play a DVD. It is so simple. There are 1-buttons for Watch TV, Listen to Music, and More Favorites that you can customize for Playing Games. My other remotes had 30-50 special function buttons each, and those are all accessible via the mini LCD screen interface so you can get to all of the advanced remote options very easily...no functionality is lost at all. This remote was so awesome, I bought a second remote to replace 3 more in another room.

I bought this for my husband as a stocking stuffer. He spent HOURS on line with tech support and on the phone and was unable to program this item! He is pretty tech-smart, but he just finally gave up. Once it works, it might be wonderful, but we never got that far. I returned it!

I had this remote over a year and love it because it all works well with one remote. I do want to say that if your remote gives you an error call their support to troubleshoot it because if they can¿t fix it they will send you a brand new one as long as it¿s still within the first year manufacture warranty that you activated through their software. I was a little over my year and they cut me a break and still sent me a new one! Great product!

Finally a remote that truly does it all! After years of 4 or more remotes sitting on my coffee table, we now only have one. The only downfall to this remote is that the buttons are close together which makes it difficult to work at first. However, your fingers learn pretty quick and it does get easier. This is by far the best purchase we've made for our audio/video equipment. I highly recommend it.

Overstock filled the order quickly! Love this remote, simplifies using the TV, Home Theatre and DVD. Easy to program online and when I had a problem their customer support was awesome!

We finally have gotten our entertainment system down to one remote! It was a little technical to setup, but with the computer interface, it was manageable.

I got the Harmony 670 for my hubby for Christmas, but more to the point for me. I was tired of having to use up to 5 different remotes to watch/listen/play/record anything on our TV. We have a nice set up, but the remotes were out of control!! I bought this one, A. because it was cheaper than the others, and B. because it said "makes it easy to manage your entire home entertainment system." Well, not so fast. We have two components in a closet behind the TV system and one works on Infrared (IR), the other on Radio Frequency (RF). This remote does not handle components "behind" walls. So unfortunately, we have to either suffer through having to use three remotes, or break down and buy an adapter ($100). . . I'm putting all my Christmas money on the adapter!!

This remote has a built-in brain! I did a poor job with the initial set-up online but the remote has walked me thru my errors AND corrected them. My mom raved about this remote after she was able to program it and get it working on her own. So, I bought this for my hubby's present and am now its biggest fan since I don't have to search for 5 remotes anymore.
