Looks great not easy to work The Harmony 350 TV remote is a disappointment. On the positive side it looks great & has a very good technique for programming directly from your computer. On the negative side the keys are very small, at least for large hands & the key locations are poor from a usage point of view. Having the numbered channel keys & the “favorite channel” keys separated (one on top & one on the bottom) from the volume control & channel change key, makes it is a stretch to move from one set to the other & also requires one to look at this control in order to use it. The DVR/DVD keys are located above the channel number keys, whereas they should be at the bottom, again making it difficult to use without looking directly at this remote. The shape of this remote looks great but unless you lay this remote into a flat surface it will easily be dislodged & fall to the floor. The remote I replaced was not nearly as “good looking” as the 350 but its functionality was far superior to the Harmony 350. Also, the user manual is very poorly written & consists of 9 sparsely filled pages with only superficial directions. I had a problem where I wanted to transfer a command from my original TV remote & assign it to a specific key on the Harmony 350. After following the instructions & receiving a success message on the procedure & doing the required “sync” loading into the Harmony 350 I found it did not work. I called Logitech & a service agent went into my program & fixed the problem. I then asked for the specific directions for doing this procedure & they would not tell me or send me the instructions. I have received 5 emails from Logitech’s technical department asking if “all is well” & 5 times I have re-requested the programming instructions for the action above & they refuse to answer my question. I would not recommend this unit for purchase.

Good remote All in all this a good remote that works with almost every device there is. The one key issue that my brother and I have encountered is that it some times loses the settings momentarily for many of the newer TVs. It works fine after those devices are powered on via their normal remote. Not sure why this happens, but it's something we can live with.

Great remote Excellent I bought this to replace an old 200 model. The My Harmony had all the settings saved. Just copied the settings and synced. Works great. Good quality unit. I like it that you can program a button anyway you want too. I actually added quick buttons for my ROKU to go directly to Netflix and Hulu. It also can control a Sirius Sat radio, I have one connected to my home theater. It control every function.
